ABOUT STARVE DE FAP

HOW IT WORKS

Having struggled with masturbation addiction from 2010 to 2020, he fought vigorously to put an end to it. He tried several means, both orthodox and unorthodox, but all proved abortive until he discovered a method of therapy that not only helped

him quit effortlessly but also worked on several other persons he tried it on.

According to him, masturbation is one addiction you don’t need to spend money or go out of your comfort zone to satisfy, making it easy for it to tighten its grip on people. This is partly also what makes pornography and masturbation the hardest addictions to withdraw from, as it costs you nothing to satisfy, and you can do it from anywhere, provided there are no eyes on you.

While battling with this addiction for years and trying so many means to become free from it, he was able to break through with a pattern of therapy that might save a lot of people who are addicted to pornography and masturbation and are willing to gain their freedom. He termed it "Starve de Fap."

In his findings, he figured that the first three days of pornography and masturbation addiction withdrawal are the most challenging. He figured that your body gets overwhelmed by anxiety, restlessness, concentration difficulties, etc., which makes the withdrawal process difficult for many.

Addiction is psychological. It affects the mental health of those affected, resulting in many other problems, such as unstable mood, reasoning deficiencies, diminished energy, zero confidence or lack of confidence, low self-esteem, etc.

He figured that dry fasting for 72 hours (which is three days) weakens these masturbation withdrawal effects and makes them ineffective. This is possible because it reprograms the human body's physiology such that it stops demanding what feels good and starts seeking survival.

In the face of severe hunger, the thought of watching pornography and/or masturbating leaves one’s mind completely. Not only is the effect of masturbation neutralized at this point, but it also initiates holistic recovery of certain physiological damages it causes to the brain. Even science has established that fasting has an extremely positive effect on the overall mental state.

3 days is enough for the brain to regain willpower as fasting significantly promotes brain health and enhances mental clarity.

Fasting has been associated with increased brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which supports brain health and significantly enhances cognitive function. Therefore, fasting not only subdues the annoying withdrawal effects of addiction but also aids in healing the brain.

After this process, Wisdom has a unique recovery process in place to ensure there is no relapse during this holistic recovery until the individual is fully recovered.

As Wisdom guides individuals away from abnormal these behaviors, some patients, including those heavily involved with tobacco products, cannabis products, and gambling addiction, reported a cessation of cravings for these behaviors from the beginning to the end of the process. This indicates a withdrawal from these habits as they are withdrawn from pornography and masturbation, akin to targeting one issue and resolving multiple related issues simultaneously.
