What is obesity?
Obesity is a complex and prevalent health issue that affects millions of people worldwide. It is characterized by excess body fat, which can impair health and increase the risk of various diseases, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and certain types of cancer. Obesity can result from a combination of genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors, including poor diet, lack of physical activity, and sedentary behavior.
The consequences of obesity can be far-reaching, impacting not only physical health but also mental well-being and quality of life. However, obesity is a treatable condition, and sustainable weight loss can be achieved through a combination of healthy diet, regular exercise, food portioning (fasting) and medical surgery.
Being overweight isn’t something we should ignore, since it is easy to gain weight but hard to lose weight.
Overweight issues are sometimes medically related and might require surgery, but if you know yours is a lifestyle obesity or overweight; just don’t waste time, effort, and money on something you can correct and still gain more discipline and many health benefits while you’re at it.
Obesity is a complex condition that can be caused by a combination of factors, including:

- Poor diet (high in calories, sugar, and unhealthy fats)
- Lack of physical activity

- Medical conditions (certain medications or conditions like hypothyroidism, Cushing’s syndrome, or polycystic ovary syndrome)
- Hormonal imbalances (insulin resistance, leptin resistance)
- Sleep deprivation

Here are questions you need to answer before we embark on this journey to freedom.
- Do you have the time to spend on making these changes? One should be willing and ready to squeeze out time, to be really committed to it. Our process minimum exercise duration is 45 minutes at least 3-4 days in a week and should be tracked with your fitness watch so we could have a record on that.
- Will you be willing to modify or change some of your activities and habits? You will need to restructure your activities to accommodate our weight loss journey, which is the most important activity.
- Are you willing to change your eating habits? Our eating might not change but our eating habits and methods must be changed.
- Do you use food as a means to cope with stress? Using food as a medicine will be stopped as this process will make you stress-free and you will even sleep better.
- Are you too distracted by other things? Yes, you might be,but 1 hour for your health is probably not a bad idea.
- Are you motivated to fix this issue low-key without even your friends knowing about it? You need to be motivated. People we’ve worked with always start up lazy until after the 7 days. Then, they get consumed by the progress or success. And that’s the end of their laziness, as humans are prone to continue anything so far they’re seeing real-time results.
At Healthy Trybe, we have a unique way of helping people fix these weight problems. The question is, are you willing to give it what it takes to have it fixed?
In this process, we help you set the goals and we hold your hands every step of the way until you achieve it. This is to enable us to make sure that you get it right this time. We literally check on you from time to time, making sure you do exactly what you’re supposed to do daily, which means we become your accountability partner.

By focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes, such as healthy eating habits and regular physical activity as instructed by Healthytrybe, individuals can achieve a healthier weight and improve their overall well-being easily and effortlessly.
Additionally, seeking support from healthcare professionals, like our agents, other healthcare therapists, or support groups like our social community (people going through the same process) can provide individuals with the tools and resources they need to overcome obesity and maintain a healthy weight.
It’s also important to celebrate small victories along the way and practice self-compassion when faced with challenges.
Remember, overcoming obesity is not just about achieving a healthy weight, but also about improving overall health and well-being. By adopting a holistic approach that addresses physical, emotional, and mental health, individuals can achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Most people procrastinate plans, not because they’re not ready, but because no one is holding their hands as they journey through their fears. Nothing is wrong with someone falling, but everything is wrong when a hand is stretched out to help someone get up but they refuse the help.
Take the bold step and check out how our method works.
